Good product so far. Need to wait and see the warranty and the longevity of this product
The product is inverter and battery all in one. It fits our purpose very well. It takes 240V and puts out 240V. So for it to fit the 120V system in the US, you need to use a transformer. You also need to have an experienced technician to do the wiring for you. According to my technician, it takes research and experience to do the wiring as the instruction is very vague. Even after our technician completed the installation, it took us a few days to figure out how to make the machine work according to our needs. Many details have to be figured out by yourself because there isn't much instruction. However once you figure out everything, the built-in inverter is intelligent and works well for the load. The contact for the manufacturer in China has been responsive for questions we had along the way. But sometimes they just give you the drawings they have as a generic answer. You still need to do your own research to figure things out for your own situation. But for the price you pay for this product compared to Tesla powerwall or other inverter/battery separate systems, it is worth spending some time to install this machine correctly. I will report more in the future once we start using this machine more.

DO NOT BUY! FAILED PRODUCT! LYING COMPANY! COMPLETE FRAUD!
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! IT COULD KILL YOU! I used this product for about 2 months when the overcharge protection failed causing the lithium batteries to swell and fill my house with toxic gas! It didn't even stop running, I had to manually shut it off and disconnect it to stop the gassing!I contacted the company, who initially offered to repair and a partial refund. Now, they are refusing the partial refund which they offered! It took them 3 weeks to send a test video, which they want me to disassemble and test each of the lithium cells before they will do any type of part replacement. Unfortunately, I purchased this item in advance of getting my solar setup so I knew what was needed and the Amazon Return window is close.Now I have a $4000 useless paperweight!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN THEIR PRODUCT FAILS!

Well built quality unit
Unfortunately the Powerwall was damaged during shipping and therefore quit working shortly after installation.. I was refunded the entire purchase including shipping,except docking fees and taxes on my end totalling about $125,,, However..my electrician told me he believes the unit was of very good quality and well built .. so it is unfortunate it was dropped during shipping so I am considering buying another and hoping for better luck as I have already purchased the solar panels etc..Otherwise I would have probably rated this 5 stars
