Never Loose faith and keep Tackling the problems
The book is fantastic. A story of hope, recovery, self-acceptance, and self-love. A story that can bring the lost hope for recovery. A right blend of friendship, love, hope, healing, self-acceptance, and self-love. I would recommend this book to everyone, especially those who are trying to recover and finding hope and those who are finding it hard to accept themselves and love themselves. Savi ma'am does it again. This wonderful woman quit CA to become a story-teller and no one can deny the fact that she has done a great deal of justice to her decision. She stormed the literary world with her first three novels and became an instant sensation garnering a huge fan base. She is back with a fantastic story of darkness, destruction, hope and recovery. “Stories we never tell” revolves around the lives of two characters Ahsray and Jhanvi; how a trail of darkness and destruction intertwines their destinies; and how they fight and recover their demons. Jhanvi is a social media celebrity and influencer who has grown, believing that perfection is the key to a happy life. She craves perfection and believes that it is defined by the statistics of her followers and the content she posts in social media every day. As her celebrity status grows, she gets addicted to alcohol. After a series of events, she ends up in a hospital after being found unconscious on her apartment floor by her friend. Upon the insistence of her parents, Jhanvi promises to visit a psychiatrist for her problems. Ashray is adopted from an orphanage, as a child, by a single mother. He shares an unshakable bond of love with his mother. He dreams of getting the perfect job, moving to a new house with his mother and finding the love of his life. Life gives him everything he desires. Just as he seems to be happy and satisfied, it strikes him cruelly with a double blow and takes away everything. Unable to handle the pain, Ashray suffers from recurrent panic attacks and is made to visit a psychiatrist for his problems. The two characters get acquainted with each other during their regular visits to the psychiatrist. How they form a deep bond of love and how they help each other to conquer their demons, in a fantastic journey of hope and recovery forms the rest of the story. Savi Sharma has adopted a different kind of narrative for this story with alternating chapters of Ashray’s and Jhanvi’s life. They do cross paths as strangers before they get acquainted and the author beautifully scripts those moments. Towards the end, two chapters are allotted, one each for Ashray’s friend Rishi and Jhanvi’s friend Kaviya. This is a masterstroke by Savi Sharma. As these two characters travel throughout the story gaining the readers’ admiration for the things they do for the protagonists, the two chapters giving a view of their relationship with the main characters are very touchy and satisfying. And surprisingly, she dedicates a section for the psychiatrist, which does make a good read but doesn’t give much to the readers’ emotions. The one thing admirable about Savi Sharma’s writing is that she never westernizes the relationships in her novels. Into her fourth book now and I have not read one thing about lust or sex. She deals with the emotional bonding of the relationships rather than the romantic bonding. She deserves to be commended for this, as the concept of love and relationships are highly skewed and westernized in most of the novels by Indian authors. On the whole, “Stories we never tell” is yet another riveting tale of how the human mind can recover from the darkest of phases with the right kind of support from the correct type of person. I would recommend this book to all my loved ones.

Just Read It. It's Phenomenal.
Man, O Man! What a story it is. The two main characters have a hell of a complicated endocrine system. Friendship which in all of your books are soo true and such loyalty is portrayed that I always adore it and hope that all the friendship in this world to be like those portrayed in your stories. Serendipity was such a way planned in the story. Nd most amazing thing was, all of their lifes intersected each other's but only when the fate wanted them to meet or know each other, they did. This story has showed and given me some hope on love. It has somewhat uplifted me from an everlasting emotion of being lonely. Ashtray after his breakup was what I am. And its for years. I felt guilt while reading that I have stopped valuing people around me. Nd am too is in search of happiness and genuinely being loved. Thank you so much Savi Di. I feel lot better after reading this book. My sadness and negative attitude towards life might have seen some light. Love your writings. Have read all your books. I would highly recommend reading this book to everyone. Specially to people who feared to be not loved by anyone.
