It serves its purpose
It serves its purpose during lock down. My son is still using it. But every so often the controller shakes continuously. We have to restart the handset to stop the vibrating by pushing a giant pin in to the restart hole. I do not recommend this handset as it isn’t a PS4 It’s a cheaper version however It is hands free and ear phones Do fit in it, so child can talk to his team mates. My son Said it’s bigger than a normal hand set but he does like using it. As I said serving it’s purpose, but not as good as a PS4 handset

Will need an original controller to get to the point of connecting a new controller.
Braugh this as or only original ps4 controller stopped working, this one won't connect as I'm guessing you need the original to get to the point of pareing this one. Not great.
