I just opened this package to finally use it - the plug will not fit in any standard plug in the states. I wanted to return it - no way. The window closed to return it.BE SMARTER THAN ME AND DON’T ORDER THIS PRODUCT - IT WON’T WORK AND NO WON’T RETURN. Not even how to contact the seller.

I like the light weight and no frills of this dryer. I use it to dry my watercolor painting.

It is a 220/240V plug And I don’t have that in my shop. I had to return it

Make sure you read that it doesn't fit an American outlet.

Although I was excited to receive this purchase, I was not able to use the tool due to the fact it could not be plugged into any outlets. It has an unusual plug that is not compatable with outlets in city apartments so it had to be returned.

This thing is amazing! It’s perfect (for me) for drying paper and paint I’ve worked with while crafting. I want to buy 6 or 7 of these just to have in case they ever stop making them!

Foreign plug, can’t use it, too late to return since I just now opened it in December for a craft ,but ordered it in October knowing I would need it now 😞

As clearly described, this heat tool is a UK version tool, thus it comes with a 3-pin plug which is used in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia and many former Commonwealth and Middle Eastern countries. This heat tool is efficient, quiet and does not overheat the craft item. I highly recommend it for use in the countries mentioned earlier.
