Has that been addressed?** A: We have a few reports of issues with the internal power supplies after many years of extended use after the expiration of the warranty. These issues were thoroughly investigated and have been resolved since Q4, 2015. All Synaccess units are now shipping with upgraded "long-life" internal supplies.
