Meet Your Soul: A Powerful Guide to Connect with Your Most Sacred Self

It is a rare thing to be pulled into a conincidence so strongly, that it makes to buy a book. But no matter how many times I tried to rationally talk myself out of purchasing this book (i.e. "Put it on your list", "you can read it later", "it could be more Woo-Woo Bullshizz that tries to make you fall for some psuedo-truth, why waste your time", etc...), I felt something deep in myself urge me to just take a chance and take a peek.I have never regretted following that urge, that pull so fiercely. As when you're given a tool to use when it's needed most, it becomes quite a prized possession.Such is "Meet Your Soul" by Elisa Romeo. With assistance from her Soul and her partner, this book came into existence to assist others in the messy business to getting back in touch with something honest and true within ourselves.My recommendation? Look at the Table of Contents & Index... notice what calls out to you and ask yourself quietly, "Why?"I love this book and have many more uses for it. But I'm most excited to see how it resonates with others who are called to read it... as it changed my life so dramatically, I can only imagine who else is going through this kind of whirlwind. I look forward to running into them someday. In the meantime, this book is a great map/too/reminder that we may be directed when we ask the right questions.

Wow, Wow, Wow. I actually read this book while on a beautiful beach. Great book to remind you that we all have inner guidance. One of my favorite lines? ' Don't compare your insides to someone else's outsides' and ' your mistakes do not trap you, but serve as kindling for your authenticity'. While reading many of the genius themes, I felt so free, inspired and hopeful for myself for the future. Elisa Romeo is someone that really gets it. So many themes just comforted me to no end. Reading it felt like you had either a cozy warm blanket with dogs snuggling next to you or being surrounded by a community of loving, like minded individuals!The themes of death wish vs. life wish - so relevant. Even just the awareness that knowing we all struggle with these in our human bodies, bring comfort and allows one to them be easy on themselves. Loved the bookending chapter, spiritual temper tantrums, dark night of the soul, death wish vs. life wish, spiritual judgement - I think that every human being on this planet can relate to (and some animals!) these ideas! Many beautiful lines pop out right to connect to your heart as do all the quotes in the beginning of the chapters. I read it quickly and plan to re-read it again. My favorites were Elias's real life vignettes!Have read some of her recommended books, but excited to read some more, including Thomas Moore's books.I journaled a ton with this book and after I finished it, felt inspired to ask the most silly questions, and I always got the right answers! Silly things like ' should I go to soccer practice?' 'Why do I do such and such'? I now feel more connected with my soul, and can gain wonderful, clear practical information from Her.My friend that was with me on the beach even noticed how much I was journaling as well! I highly recommend it, as it really puts you in the present moment and you can feel your Soul as writing away.

Elisa did a great job explaining ways to meet and greet your soul. In our fast paced distracting world, this is important guidance to bring us home to what matters most.

This book is a true game changer - especially if you are on your own Soul Journey and don't quite know how to navigate this amazing and emotional process. I read this book front and back and ate up every last word. I underlined, highlighted and cried my way through this book as it brought out so much "aha" moments. Elisa gives you the tools and the understanding of how to use these tools to gain a stronger and better understanding of Soul Work and How to tap into and communicate with Her to eventually find Her purpose in your life. The book is very easy to read, the concepts and practices are easily incorporated in your everyday life and you Will finish reading and have a new found energy to embark on Your Own Soul Path.In addition to reading the book I would highly recommend scheduling a Session with Elisa herself. She is a beautiful guide and Loving energy that will help and validate that you are on the right path to Soul.

I absolutely love this book ! I recently discovered Elisa and her husband Adam and I honestly feel such a connection or calling to them ! This book has so much soul information on a level easy to understand and follow! Information that makes you really stop and think and really feel yourself. Highly recommend and I also highly recommend their podcast also! Looking forward to the next book and anything else that you beautiful humans do ❤!

I really enjoyed reading this book. I've actually read through it more than once because it is the type of book that you will want to revisit during various parts of your life. This book helps put things into perspective and assures me that I have the ability to live a more meaningful life through connecting with my most inner self. I highly recommend reading this book and checking out more stuff from Elisa Romeo.

Elisa Romeo, in her new book, Meet Your Soul, flies out of the gate, hammering home her singular goal of having people fall in love with their soul; has knocked this one out of the park! She deftly guides the reader to an in-depth knowledge of who they are and the relationships between You, God, your ego, and your soul and how you can begin to operate your life from a place of peace and confidence like you have never known. I was raised with plenty of religious training, but this was all new information to me. Sure would have been nice to get this instruction as a child.Come to find out, my soul has been trying to communicate with me my whole life. Now that I am listening, everything has changed!Thought provoking! Incredible insight! I have to say: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Really glad I picked this up.I have felt these things for quite some time and I feel the author has confirmed them for me:Someone has been looking out for me this whole time; My own Soul.I have been enjoying the chapters so far, and to be honest I have skipped out on some of the activities only because they don't connect with me just yet, and I am eager to continue reading. Love the descriptions of the ego, spirit and the soul and when we are disconnected or overly reaching towards a fulfillment. This book is a reminder of our journey HERE.I feel this book helps us discover our unique authenticity and I am excited to continue reading this book.(The pretty cover got me lol)

Without exaggeration, this is the most important and best book I've read so far.Why?Because for the first time in my life I understand, what the small voice is, that has led me on my path and how to continue my relationship and connection to it (her).This book and the information in it is priceless.I wish that everyone reads it or gets to know Elisa's work. For - as Elisa describes in one of her videos (I'm paraphrasing:)) - every person who meets their soul, a light lights up on our planet.For every person who meets their soul, there darkness and fear are exchanged with love.May we all meet our souls!

Lovely book. Free meditations included and really helpful to understand your own soul. I will keep it in my Kindle library and go back and reread it in a few months time again.

This book changed my life, it was an incredible and intriguing read. I bought the hard copy TWICE for friendS after reading the ebook myself.
