I recently made a matcha tea cake for my daughter, who is a big fan of this type of cake. I used this instead of the one I was previously using and the result was amazing! Previously, I had attempted to bake a matcha tea cake using a different matcha tea, and the outcome was not very good. The cake lacked the vibrant green color and bold flavor that we were expecting. However, when I used this matcha tea, it made a noticeable difference. The cake had a rich, deep flavor along with a pleasant aroma. The texture was also very nice with a soft and fluffy crumb that was a joy to eat. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the price of this matcha tea. Despite being of higher quality, it has reasonable price than others in the market. I appreciate the value for money that this matcha tea provides, especially considering the noticeable improvement it made to my cake. Overall, I liked the results and the experience I had with this matcha tea.

I'm a relative newcomer to drinking matcha, and this brand is the one that I first purchased. I've read other reviews of it claiming that it's inferior in taste and appearance. So I decided to try something a little more expensive next time. And unfortunately what I bought had a fishy smell and had gone bad, but I still was able to drink it. And I also noticed it didn't seem to have that same results that I felt when I drank the cheaper Teaki Hut brand. I should have returned it, but I just decided to take the $30 loss and go back to this brand.Teaki Hut does the trick. The taste isn't bad at all, if that's what you're looking for. But the reason I really drink it is that I have noticed that it seems to improve my mental focus and ability to concentrate even into the following day. For instance, I'm an avid golfer. I've noticed since drinking matcha that I my focus on my swing has improved since I started drinking matcha. I also notice that stress seems to just roll off me a little more than it used to.I decided to wait until I got my second order of Teaki Hut matcha before writing a review. I received it today, had some for my usual 4-5pm afternoon tea, and I can see that I am again all set for another few months of invigorating, healthy matcha tea. And it's inexpensive too. Not bad at all.

I purchased this in February and I have loved this Matcha. I have used it as a hot tea, iced tea, hot latte style, iced latte style and in smoothies. Want to also try it to make pancakes & ice cream with it.My matcha came in a nice kind of mossy or sage green color. Nothing brown! The flavor is perfect and it whips up into a nice foam just like Ceremonial Matcha tea. See photo I attached.My recommendation for a good cup of tea is for a green tea only use the 1/2 tsp as directed. For anything that you add milk or non-dairy milk use at least 1 tsp or more to taste. Unless you are only adding a splash of milk then try it with 1/2 tsp first. Too much powder will make it too bitter. Just like steeping a tea too long can make it bitter.This company sent me an email informing me my order was on its way. And another one that I should have received my product and give feedback if there was any problem they could resolve or how I was enjoying it. I replied with my positive experience and they actually replied back that they were happy I was enjoying my product. Great customer service!I will buy this product again because it is a high quality matcha without a high price cost. I use it every day and still have about half a bag.

Matcha flavor is just good but not deep in flavor. What’s concerning is that the bag smells of plastic inside once opened. Usually there is no other aroma than the matcha powder in other brands that we have purchased. Sorry, not going to order again.

I have tried a different green tea before and I didn't like the flavor as it was bitter. But this matcha worked incredibly well this matcha latte has a smoother flavor. The price is perfect and the product seems to be of high quality.

The media could not be loaded.  When I got this tea, at first I wasn't sure if I would like matcha, but I took a chance and tried it with my tea. To my surprise, the taste is not too strong. Instead, it has a mild and enjoyable flavor. I prefer mixing it with goat milk and some sweetener to get the taste that I like. It gives me a nice energy boost that keeps me going throughout the day. It's become a great addition to my daily routine.

The flavor is outstanding! Dissolves adequately in cold water. My only complaint is the quality of the zipper seal which pulled away from the bag the first time I tried to open it so I had to transfer the entire contents into another resealable bag, Not a big deal, though and very pleased with the product and will purchase again.

If you wanna buy this because of Starbucks Iced Green Tea or Frappuccino then your search is over! This is 95% the same as Starbucks. There's no need to pay extra for a more premium brand. To make 1 cup add 1.5 tsp green tea powder, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 cup 2% milk, 4 drops of vanilla essence. Turn on your blender and blend it. Afterwards, pour it into a glass with your ice cubes and a straw. Starbucks Iced Green Tea is done. Drink and enjoy.

Flavor is great. Very easy to mix with nondairy milk. The packaging is nicely designed, and it's a really good value for the money!

i have never had matcha that as bad as this one. The colour is very off, not the vibrant green that i was looking for. It smells unappealing, it tastes awful and powdery, way too bitter, even for baking. Letters on the label is easily smeared, and the bag is sticky all the time. I'm so disappointed with my purchase especially when the price is pretty high.

Yes, I love matcha. Lived in Japan for years.This one came on time and as advertised, no extra silly charges.However, it clearly is a baking grade matcha, which is still a pleasure.Organic, a good thing.If you haven't spent years drinking matcha, this is a good choice.If a spoiled puppy (like me) use it for lots of yummy cooking, occasional slurping.The vendor was sane and reasonable and my expected parameters were met. Not surpassed.It did come to my door (I'm pretty Ontario remote and country-like) and I didn't have to fuss.Worked for me
