This is an amazing buy for a quick fix.. it still worked a well as a new version. No complaints. PS I’m using this for my middle school who has to have a Chromebook/laptop

My 12 yr old wanted something he could play games on and watch youtube, I was a little concerned because it wasn't brand new, but it's fantastc! Is perfect for what he needs and we haven't had any issues.

I cannot believe how badly refurbished this is. I was so excited to have an affordable laptop that I could plug into a monitor and get work done. When I turned it on, it only had 7% power which made the screen so dark, that I could barely see the instructions to connect my accounts. Then I plugged in the power cord and it literally went DEAD. NOTHING TURNED IT BACK ON. It is a faulty refurbished product, not checked before reselling by a reputable source it seems and now I have to waste my time returning it. Spend the money, and go to Best Buy to get a better refurbished one - at least it will work. What a disappointment! If I could give this zero stars I would.

The condition is exactly what it says: Excellent. I had problems with delivery due to my own mistake and brain fart, but the seller was with me like a good neighbor. It arrived days early, but due to my mistake I got it four days later. The important thing is the product, right? I have bought this model last November, but gave it to my father on Father's Day 2025 as a surprise. I wanted to buy this same model again so I found it the cheapest with this seller so I bought it. This is a night and day difference with this version over the other one I bought last year. This is the best Chromebook you will get for the price. USB C connection is money. The battery life is long and charges your devices pretty fast. It is easy to use. The portability is also amazing as it is not too heavy and you can take it with you in any bag or hold it with your hands. The slackness and durability are high level as it is in excellent condition like it is brand new.

Good Chromebook for basic use. It’s lightweight, fast for browsing, working with documents, and watching videos. The battery lasts a long time and it’s easy to carry around. Not suitable for heavy tasks, but it works very well for studying or light work. Good value for the price.

Chromebooks are definitely different from a laptop - just the aspect that you cannot copy a picture and send it (you get an html address instead of the picture file) is frustrating but I do have to say that the POWER aspect is most concerning to me. The "power" cord is a regular USBC to USBC with a powerbank plug. Noticed that when I'd unplug or plug in that I'd get a spark, so now must remember to disconnect the USBC2USBC cord from the powerbank before plugging into wall or Surge Protector and then plug power cord in and THEN plug power cord into Chromebook. That was not an aspect of Chromebooks I was warned about and do not have any experience with that happening with any device of the hundreds I've owned. Will never buy a Chromebook again but it worked okay for the task I needed it for - showing web pages to others.

Lo quería para la escuela y me gustó que ya tenía la entrada HDMI pero cuando llegó no la tenía, de ahí en fuera está muy bien tengo dos dias con ella y por lo que la e usado siento que se baja rápido la batería pero nada alarmante

Is it perfect? No. Is it super fast? No. But for the price point it’s pretty good for what it is. A simple little computer that’s easily portable. The onboard storage is lacking.. But it can be remedied by an SD card or the cloud if you wanted to. It did come in as a Windows 10 (updated to Windows 11 and running not bad at all with it) not a Chromebook so you might get a chrome you might get a windows. All in all it’s what I needed. A cheap small laptop I can do paperwork with.

I read the reviews for this item and it seems hit or miss. I have had no issues with this laptop! The charger works , my son uses it, the battery life is over 3 or 4 days without a charge and almost non stop screentime. For the price I have 0 complaints. The charger it came with is a high speed charger that also works for my mobile device and I love it. I will be purchasing another for myself. 100 percent recommend

Got it for studying and light working. I write on an amateur level and wanted a travel pc for that. Got this laptop, everything still works well, runs smoothly, battery lasts for hours. Giving 4 stars because it came with Windows OS pre-installed and that was killing the memory. Had to manually set up Chrome OS and then the memory usage dropped down significantly making it smoother. Other than that, no problems at all.

Well I will say this little thing is pretty fast for its size. The only problem is after 3 days of using there became 2 white lines at bottom of screen and its annoying. No help from these people what so ever. I will never purchase from them again! UPDATE: The laptop was doing fine then suddenly it starts shutting down itself. It won't let me log back on stays at black screen. Shut the lid open it back up , it boots back then says hardware issue. Returning it!
