The invisible belt is approx. 100 x 3 cm/ 39.37 x 1.18 inches, the buckle length is approx. 1.57 inches, fit for US size 0-16.

Q: How do you put these through belt loops?

It has a hook that you undo. The belt unhooks like any belt except there is a hook instead of a buckel. I've been putting the hook side through the belt loops like I would a regular belt. What I do like about the belt is that you don't have any bulge from a buckle in the front under your top. The belt lays flat because the hook is flat.

Q: What does no show mean the belt doesn’t show

It means that you don’t see a belt buckle under your shirt. The elastic belt is completely flat so you have a clean look.
