I bought these specifically for my 1-year old who keeps slipping and falling on the hardwood floors. I was given a huge bag of socks for her and none of them have any grip, so I put dots or line or whatever design on the bottoms and now she doesn't fall (as much -- she is only 1 after all). I even started putting some on the bottom of my socks for a little extra stability.The only 2 issues with using this on the bottom of socks is that depending on the fabric content, it may start to peel off (nylon socks start to peel after 5-10 washings, but cotton seems to grip the paint better) and that you can feel the puffy paint through the sock a little bit. **Q: is this safe to use on infant clothing (example: onesies)?** A: I would think so, as long as baby doesn't put it in his/her mouth. Once it dries, turn garment inside-out and it should be safe to wash. **Q: Can you use this in plastic? Will it hold up well on plastic?** A: Yes, plastic is ok. **Q: can we put it on the hair or body?** A: Not sure if you can put them on the body, but not on the hair. They glow pretty well. I wish they would glow more, and for longer, I don't know why no one has created something like that. These are easy to use, easy to control the flow, and get a decently thin line. I will probably buy more of these, but maybe not a set, maybe just a few individual bottles as I prefer the natural, green, orange and yellow. Don't plan on using the blue or pink for halloween, and haven't thought of any use for them.
