I really like the size and that it‘s tablets, not capsules. As for tolerability, it is fiber - not a laxative. You have to let your body get used to it, otherwise it will cause bloating. I started with two tablets and increased by one every day and had no bloating whatsoever. Also, fiber does not change your bowel habits overnight or drastically, but if you give it some time you’ll see some positive changes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

GOOD PROSUCT. EASY TO SWALLOW.

They aren't as powerful as the oat bran tabs I was taking.I need to take 4 of these per day but only three of the oar brans tabs .This makes them a little more expensive but they are easy to swallow.I almost choked a few times swallowing the big oat bran tabs.These go down two at a time and easy to swallow.

I like that the pills are smaller but they seem to have less efficacy than the Metamucil capsules. Probably won’t purchase again
