Does NOT work
Don't buy this item. It never worked in the car and because I got approval to return it, but got put in the hospital and missed the return date by a few days, and the company NEVER responded to my message about returning it. So, now I need to find and buy another one in hopes it works but I sure won't buy from this company ever again

Works, but with caveats.
Works well, but car must be running to charge my Inogen. Also, I must not connect it to the concentrator until the car is running. If I do, my Inogen misbehaves and must have the battery removed and reinserted to clear the error. The buttons have no effect until this is done. This may be particular to my specific unit.

Does not work/came used
When I first received this, I noticed that it was covered in scuff marks and scratches. It appeared to have been used. The ties were clearly humanly tied back (not evenly tied like a machine)As off putting as paying $120 and receiving a used product was, my mother's Inogen One G3 needed to be charged so she could leave the house, so I decided to keep it (if it worked)Well low and behold, it does not work, it fits but never charges the machine.The car charger does charge the machine but over heats within minutes, so hot that you cant touch the charger to pull it out.I went to the oxygen technicians we use and it's not our machine, it's the charger.If you need a new charger, better off to get one from the supplier, even though it may take longer.Will be returning these.

Smaller unit which is great
Once we figured out that we DID have an adapter to fit our concentrator. It is great (cause we don't have to hunt for it), it's right by the lighter.

Allows me more time out of the house
Works great. Being oxygen dependent, being able to charge in the car allows me more time out of the house. Am thankful for this device.

Different from pic but works
Didn't have the big block so wasn't sure but seller said it was an updated version. It does work. So far so good.
