This is a great Ceylon Cinnamon. I had a different brand and the effects where noticeably better with this brand. Love it!

A bit large and difficult to swallow for me but that's a me problem. Waiting to see differences in blood sugar results.

I really like this product. Great taste, of course a cinnamon taste when or if you burp. Hopefully it helps to lower cholesterol.
