Good workout jump rope
Works as expected. It's a heavy jump rope. I don't know how many pounds, maybe 1.5. Comes with a nice bag.

Good Jump Rope
It's good quality - just make sure don't cut the wire too short.

Fell apart in under 3 months
The rope and handles broke from 3-4 days of weekly use in under 3 months. Otherwise, it was great.

Great jump rope
So I buy this rope regularly because I skip a lot. Its heavy and does the job. One rope generally lasts me about 6 months though as it usually breaks from hitting the ground. This generally happens all ropes for me and 6 months is maybe a bit longer than usual.

Great calf, thigh and hams workout.
I don't have anything negative to say about it. It spins smoothly enough not that I've tried anything else.I find that when jumping your feet are on the ground longer than normal putting more emphasis on my calfs which I want. After a few mins I'll change to my speedRope and alternate back.I don't feel it working upper body so muchMore legs. Its more where your strengthLyes. I have had them about a month,Last 2 weeks used constantly.

Love it!
It’s great! The rope itself is the weight not the handle. After first use I can tell it was working on a lot of muscles groups, thus a lot more difficult to jump with and tired you out a lot quicker compare to your regular jump ropes! Quality is good and the duration is okay but I won’t say much since I’ve a mat to help keeps the quality of it at best. (Light and compact enough to bring with you anywhere)

A 1/2 lb jump rope!
Weight of the 9mm rope at supplied length 274g. When reduced to 9ft = 250g/1/2 a lb. Combined weight of the handles 180g. TOTAL WEIGHT as supplied 454g/1 lb. At 9ft = 430g/.9 lb. Identical to the AUTUWT “1 lb rope” but £4.40 cheaper.

Good value
Good starter for me to get used to skipping again. Decent weight for endurance but will need lighter for speed
