Delish keto sugar cookie option
These are good... even for a keto cookie. They do have a very slight bit of an aftertaste. But are probably the best keto sugar cookie mix I have tried! I mixed it all up and then froze half. I thawed the other half a week later and is baked up great.

Delicious and super easy!!
I had no expectations for these gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, egg free “sugar cookies” and they were delicious!!! I couldn’t believe you only need coconut oil and oat milk, both of which I keep anyway. I added a little vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and mini white chocolate chips so they have some flavor. You could use this as a base and jazz it up any way, or use regular milk, etc. They don’t taste like regular cookies but VERY very close to it … close enough that it’s not worth loading up on sugar and junk to eat regular sugar cookies. I like making mini cookies with these bc they’re so soft. Pair them with a glass of oat milk and YUM! I

A nice treat to have, if you like monk fruit, you will like these cookies
I enjoyed they cookies, and I did read a lot of the reviews before purchasing. If you eat sugar on the regular, these might taste a bit odd, however if you don’t eat processed sugar, and like the monk fruit you should like these! I made them with butter, and separated the dough in half. The first half, the dough was a little too wet to “roll” into balls before baking. So those cookies came out a little flatter. The second batch were in the fridge for a few days, and I was able to roll them , so when I cooked them they came out thicker in the middle. Overall, a good buy. I only had 2 cookies at a time, they are sweet because of the monk fruit. I would buy again, definitely a nice treat to have when your craving cookies.

Terrible Taste
I have ordered many Lakanto items and always enjoyed them, especially their brownies and various muffin mixes. This was the first time I tried this cookie mix and the cookies were surprisingly horrible. The initial taste was strange, definitely not like any other sugar cookie I've eatern, and there was a lingering aftertaste which was so bad I had to immediately brush my teeth. Same reaction from my husband. The only thing left was to throw the rest of the cookies away. I will continue to order the other Lankanto products, but definitely not this one.

Super flat, too sweet
These were not worth the money. I made them with soft coconut oil and baked according to instructions and they were the flattest cookies I've seen. They are also toooo sweet, my seven year old with a serious sweet tooth even said so.

everything keto is expensive
but, this is worth the expense. I haven't made the first cookie. Instead, I mix some with liquid or cottage cheese and I have a dessert that I don't have to feel bad about.

Yummy!
They were really good. Just know, these are way softer than normal sugar cookies, but the taste was great!

Yes
A little sweet- but making it with butter instead of coconut oil helped that. Topped it with some suntella and they’re delicious
