The product is solid enough to sustain your weight. And in regard to leg split for beginners, the stuff can be pretty helpful when you would put your weight upon the same, instead of leaning directly on the floor.

its a good product but it has marks all over it because the packaging was tight. It did help me with my oversplits though..... and its definitely worth the price and you'll get exactly what you're expecting :)

Good quality wooden blocks, light weight, the corners were brused, may be bcz of poor packaging.

The block is hollow from inside. Because of this, it cannot take weight and cracks up after a single use. Since the packaging is removed, we can't even put it for replacement

These are very light weight and unsteady on the floor.I could not use them even for a day
