This lash serum has worked really well for me. With regular use, I’ve noticed my eyelashes growing longer and looking fuller and healthier. It’s easy to apply, gentle on my eyes, and didn’t cause any irritation. I like that it fits into my nightly routine and actually delivers results over time. If you’re patient and consistent, this is definitely worth trying.

I have very sparse eyelashes and this stuff really works. I'm impressed! My eyelashes are longer and now they're long enough that I can wear mascara. Prior to using this my eyelashes were too small, they were little stubble eyelashes that I couldn't get mascara on. I've had no eye irritation and no skin irritation. The product doesn't have any weird smell. I don't think it made my eyelashes sticker just longer. And that's okay because I only bought it to make my eyelashes long enough so they could be seen and that I could wear mascara. I know that it can make your eyelashes thicker for some people. I am a natural redhead and a lot of natural redheads and londes often have pale, thin, small eyelashes that are not very visible. So I really didn't expect as good results as I got with this product. So I am very impressed! This stuff is expensive but it is worth it if you want nice eyelashes. This stuff works and I recommend it.

Lash Grande really works! After about 4–6 weeks of consistent use, my lashes looked noticeably longer, fuller, and healthier. The formula is lightweight, easy to apply, and gentle on my sensitive eyes. By two months, friends were asking if I had extensions. It’s now a staple in my routine and absolutely worth it!

Amazing. Almost worked too well. I almost had to trim my eyelashes. Wish they made something like this for hair growth. I gave it four stars because I think it’s kind of expensive and it runs out a lot quicker than they say it does.

This is a miracle product. It took six weeks to get any growth but I'm glad I didn't give up. This has completely changed my eye lashes. Long and full. No more bald spots. Actually got an unsolicited comment asking if they were fake. OMG get it. Worth it.

The photo I included is almost 2 weeks of growth. From may 1st-may 12th. I definitely seen improvement but here’s my thoughts. Pros: grew my lashes in less than 2 weeks and made them fuller, thicker and darker. Easy to apply and is effective Now the cons: burned my eyes the first week and had a broken blood vessel in my eye (second photo) it was painless and went away within a few days but it was a little scary. My eyes were sore and red. It looked like I was high for days straight. The bottle was NOT a 6 week supply. The only reason why I’m writing my review so early is because after two weeks, my bottle was empty. I didn’t apply more than I needed to and used it once a day. I know the 6 week note is just a general rule but it didn’t even last me more than 2 weeks which is crazy. These are very expensive for the tiny amount of product you get which is very unfortunate and frustrating. If the bottle lasted just a few weeks more, I could’ve give a full in depth review about the product’s performance but wasn’t able to. Overall, the product indeed does work and as you can see, grew my lashes very quickly in a short amount of time. The side effects while were a little wild, wasn’t surprising since this is known to be a prostaglandin serum and I knew what I was getting to. I do not recommend for extremely sensitive eyes. As for repurchasing again? Only if it’s on sale. This product is way too expensive for the tiny amount given to you. My serum should’ve lasted me at least two more weeks, but it didn’t. Which is why I’m giving it three stars.

Within 6 weeks after I applied it for the first time, My lashes looks more volumize, alive and longer than before. Back on August,I decided to remove my fake lashes, leaving me with few to no hair left. My lashes are bald, so I purchased this right away. No disappointment. No irritation, no pain, no problem. Now my question is, if I want to make my lashes even longer, does this helps again?

I bought the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum because it was highly recommended by a coworker who CLEARLY had amazing results with it. As a nurse, science is kind of my jam. This is my honest review of the product AND the legitimate scientific studies that prove beauty comes at a price. First, this product is very fairly priced considering that a little goes a long way. The consistency is thin like water, the serum applies easily and evenly with the included brush, and dries quickly. It doesn't burn with application for me personally, but this is a complaint for others (I have very sensitive skin and eyes so it's surprising that I have no issue with it). The results take at least a month in my experience and the results are definitely positive. My lashes were noticeably longer after the first month. The results reversed months after discontinuing use, so you must always use this product to get the longer lash effect (its not permanent). Now for the science. The active ingredient is Isopropyl Cloprostenate. I have reviewed several reputable studies on this active ingredient and this is a simplified summary of the data that I was able to obtain. Studies have shown a visible increase in length of lashes compared to control groups, so the lash enhancing claims of this product are truthful. Studies have also shown significant periorbital fat/volume loss which makes the skin around the eyes look thin, darker, more wrinkled, and sunken. Thankfully, the negative results were able to reverse with discontinued use, but so were the results of longer lashes. The active ingredient was also flagged by the SCCS as a potential reproductive/developmental toxicant (but the results were on male rats.. of course.. science has always been a little sexist). It is also flagged as a potential carcinogen (possible cancer causing ingredient). The studies, unfortunately, are not 100% conclusive and there is, as always, so much room for further testing. Weigh out the pros and cons for yourself to decide if this product, or any eyelash growth serum, is right for you. I'm giving this 4 stars because the product DOES do as it claims, but at a potential cost to the consumer. Hope this helps!
