2 Month Review. Best Neoprene Covers for the Money.
SIZE: go a size large. I'm a size 44.5 EU, 10-10.5 US and the XL was the right size.PROTECTION: Very good for the price. Had them for a month now in Minnesota below 20F. Used with Giro EC90 shoes and medium thickness SmartWool socks. The thick neoprene was effective for over an hour down to about 18F with 10mph headwind gusting at an average speed of 15mph with light water spray and misting from tires. At slower air speeds or slightly warmer temps you could go longer and stay warm. These worked better than other covers I've tried at keeping the wet out. No cover I've ever tried especially at this price does a better job of keeping feet dry. Expect dry feet for up to 30mins in moderate spray. But then give the neoprene time to dry between rides. In a downpour you'll still get wet feet if your commute is more than 15mins as the neoprene will slow but not stop the water from soaking through.WEIGHT: They weigh more than my thin shell covers but are several times more effective at blocking the wind and wet.EASE OF USE: Very Good. The zipper is positioned well. It doesn't matter that it lacks a velcro over the zipper. Thought this would be an issue but there is little stress on the zipper if you get the right size. The tabs are well placed and help a lot in getting the heel over the back of your shoe. Entry is easy if you undo the velcro at the bottom and pull over the back of the shoe. Mine take about 1min each to get on or less.DURABILITY: Good. The zipper is placed forward and less likely to be accidently walked on. The Neoprene is resistant to tearing and seems of good quality. The bottoms have extra reinforcement where it matters and gorilla tape can help add some life to the toe.OVERALL: Though heavier than thin wimpy shoe covers, I have yet to find a better shoe cover at any price that can handle the transition season between thin covers and dedicated Minnesota winter riding boots. These are effective enough that they mean i don't need to buy a set of intermediate fall riding shoes. I can use these over my existing road and mountain bike shoes until temps drop below 10F for rides up to an hour and that means they are a huge value. Thanks to the manufacturer for a good item at a great price.

Warm but unuseable with SPD-SL
I am US size 11 Euro size 45The XXL was the perfect fit over my cycling shoes and fit snug and were warm. However, if you use SPD-SL clips I can’t recommend these bc the part that sides over the front part of your toes was so long under the shoe that it goes right under the front of your clips. The problem this creates is that you are no longer able to clip into your pedals bc the shoe cover is jammed into the spot where clip and pedal connect. I could manually adjust them to get them to connect but every time I had to stop at a light or for a break I would have to fight with trying to get my shoes to clip into the pedals. Just not worth the hassleEdit: I have now cut a notch into each cover where the pedal meets at the tip and it’s working much better but should never have to cut a product like this to get it to work

Great Shoe Covers That Fit Over Vans
I purchased the CXWXC Neoprene Cycling Shoe Covers to wear over my Vans while cycling (MTB, trails & paths). These are designed & sized for cycling shoes, but the XX-Large fit snugly over my size US 9.5 Vans Pro V shoes. They are comfortable, keep my shoes dry & my feet warm. I’ve worn these on multiple predawn rides, w/temps from 40F (5C) down to 20F (-7C) & for as long as 1 hour. I also wore them on a morning ride w/drizzle, my shoes were bone dry afterwards. The covers seem to be well made for the price. There are finger loops w/reflective printing on the shin & heel of the covers to assist w/putting in the covers. The heel & under toe portion of the covers are reinforced to help protect against wear. The velcro strap that goes across the midsoles is also reinforced (though I’d try to minimize walking on the straps). There are also reflective logos on the outside ankles & front of the covers as well. The zipper has a thin plastic covering to help keep water out (this does add to resistance when using zipper). The zipper is easily grasped when zipping & licks well enough into place as to not unzip while wearing. When putting the shoe covers on, I found the best thing to do, is to unzip & pull them in before you put on your shoes. Then after your shoes are on, pull the covers over your toes, then use the heel loop in the covers to pull on over your heels. Then fasten velcro straps across midsection of your soles & then zip up. To make zipping easier, make the zipper as straight as possible by pointing your toes downward.Overall I’m very happy w/CXWXC Neoprene Cycling Shoe Covers.I hope you found my review helpful.

Nice...but go big!
I wear a 9 in US, 42 in European sizing, which is at the top end of the sizing for "L" (8-9). I did *just* manage to get them on, but they were tight, so I wore them only once and am exchanging for an XL pair. The quality and overall construction is excellent. As above, I stretched them out at the zipper trying to get them on, and this is where cheaper ones would fail. But no problem. So I highly recommend these, just make sure you go up one size, especially if your size is at the high end of the range.Update 1/1/2020Exchanged for the XL - perfect. Still a 5-star rating.

Good buy - worked well
I was concerned that these were too inexpensive to be of any quality but I took a chance and ordered anyway. Rode 25 miles in the mid 40’s and stayed warm. I was also worried about ordering an XXL for a size 11 shoe but they fit perfectly. If you add some Hot Hands toe warmers, you can extend your riding season by a month or two. Normally it’s my cold toes that shut my riding down for the winter.

Small sizes
Arrived very quickly and great quality material, however, beware of size as far too small to fit over trainer despite buying correct shoe size Needed to return item, which is abit of a faf as from the USA.

Too much material on the bottom of the toe, interferes with cleat
Ordered men's medium/large for 9US, 42.5EU road cycling shoes, Look cleats. The ones received are marked XL. Go on the shoes reasonably easily, but there is so much material at the toe it hangs loose on the bottom and comes back too far, so it interferes with the cleat.I have no idea how the sizing is supposed to work, but these won't work with my shoes. If these ship as Large, Xl, etc., why is the sizing pick so weird?Seem to be reasonably well made, but good luck on the sizing. There are many other "brands" of exactly the same thing with different letters on them, that have better sizing picks when ordering: you actually select the size you want not two sizes listed for women's and two for men.

SIZINGS for these over-boots way small - see photo
Unfortunately these have to go back. I take a 10 shoe and a 45 cycle shoe (Shimano). Could not get the XL overboot on and turns out they, at XL, are 2" shorter than the shoe. Will re-order for 2 sizes 'up' from XL.. Quality seemingly superb tho, the low mark is the 'disappointment' UPDATE: Ordered one size up ...the XXL and good to go with the above shoe (not for a size 10 running shoe tho).

Fits small!
Very tight fit. I have a size 44.5 cycling shoe and these covers are snug. You might be able to jam a size 46 at max, but nothing larger. I bought the size XXL. Tight on the ankles as well, wearing bulky winter pants might not be an option.Material is 100% windproof. Water resistant, but not waterproof. A 10 minute ride in the rain had these covers soaked, with fully absorbing water like a towel. Quality appears good, lots of triple stitching.Only wish the size was a bit more flexible.

Size issue
I wear size 9 shoes. Ordered the XLarge size and it's very tight for me. Perhaps it's how it's designed, but keep that in mind. The material and quality is good. I tried it the first time and it's good, but it's NOT waterproof. I went for a ride on a wet rainy day and my feet got water in.
