Sizing is inaccurate! 40 waist fits like a 44+. My exact waist size is 40. The size 40 was too big to even stay on my hips which might be 45; plus they have elastic so that would have been an issue as well. Returned the 40s and purchased 36 which fit perfect. I know that pants size varies from brand to brand; I wear 46 in Duluth and Levi but most other brands are actually 40. Many comments claim they fit exact which is an absolute lie. Great quality, very comfy!

I live in the the valley in California and it gets cold around November. Pants and sweats won't cut if for me so I got these. I believe they last 3 to 4 winters, but I wore them rigorously. This is my 3rd pair. Perfect if you work inside a cold warehouse, still gotta wear thermals underneath but that's optional. I'm pleasantly surprised with this pants. They look pricy and they're comfy and warm! And yes they're water proof. Never wore them in the snow but I bet they would be alright in the snow. The colors they have for these are awesome, I got the red orange ones and they totally stand out without screaming too loud. Thinking of ordering more for this winter!

These pants are so warm. Got them to mtb in cold weather and they did not disappoint. The quality is better than expected. I love that there's an actual button to close instead of a flat hook like similar pants. The color is great as well. I would definitely recommend.

These are great pants. I just wish I had stuck with my regular size. I saw some reviews that said to order a size up, so I did. They are too big. I normally wear a 38 but I got a 40. I have to wear a belt or I would have major plumbers pants, if they would even stay up. They are super comfortable. I work doing deliveries and I got these because sometimes I have to be outside for awhile sorting out my packages. I've worn these in -4ºF to the upper 20s. I've worn them with just boxers underneath and with long johns on. The only time I felt any cold on my legs was when it was -4 out and I just had my boxers on. I could feel the cold against my legs, but my legs weren't actually cold. One thing I don't like is the phone pocket is too small for my iPhone 14 Pro Plus. It's about an inch and a half too short so I can't zip up the pocket. I initially had some issues with the zippers on the front pockets catching when I tried to zip them closed. I found that if I just push the zipper against my hip and then zip it closed ,it works fine. I have worn these with Sorels and they did fit over the boots, although they were a bit snug around the boots. I was looking for a pair of pants that were warm, comfortable, and looked more like regular pants than snow pants. these pants do everything I wanted. I will definitely buy another pair in the right size.

Im 5-10 , 225 lb and 38 is correct size , a little roomy , legs are a little long but not draging in shoes, just enough room that I can wear longjohns if needed with belt . nice durable knee material . Lining seems like quality material. Time will tell if they are durable and waterproof enough for fall and winter yard work. After over a month doing leaf clean up and related yard work , pants are holding up good . They keep me dry and relitvly warm . May wash then sometime soon and i will see what happens to them. 1 year later and pants are holding up well. I still havent washed them , just hang them on a hook.

Absolutely fantastic pants, They do indeed fit over ski boots easily. Also wear them riding my motorcycle perfectly for chilly days or rain. Highly recommended comfort and warmth! I have multiple pairs! Tested in the white mountains of New Hampshire. Passed with flying colors!!

I bought these insulated pants in mid October after a buddy asked me to go golfing with him. I have a pair of Eddie Bauer snow pants which are great but a little too bulky for golf. I wanted something more form fitting. The item came the next day. Pants are exceptional. I wear a 34x30 in pants and I almost went a size up after reading a few reviews. I stuck with my size and I'm glad I did. When I went golfing, I wore my long johns underneath and I didn't feel a draft. Wind was not an issue. Tee off was at 8:00 a.m. with temp at 6 degrees celsius. It climbed between 10 and 12 by the time I was walking off the course. No complaints. Pros: pants looked great (my buddy even liked it); form fitting and not snug...was able to swing my golf club without an issue; kept me warm; great for playing golf; price (got it for $52); came next day Con: not a well known brand if that's important to you Unknown: As of Nov 10th, I've only worn the pants that one day for golf in October. I may update my review once I have more info. For that price and performance, worth the purchase.

Great pants, I wear them to work, it's fine up to -5 without thermal underwear, my size is medium, but these thermal pants are not comfortable, a bit tight, but I'm satisfied, this is my second pair.

I've dropped to a 36" waist in 7 months started out at 40" waist the beginning of this year so sizing wasn't easy but I'm 5ft4" 220ibs and 36" waist fits. The spandex helps with that by a little. I got tacvasen jacket as well which I'm wearing and everything is windproof and warm and not sure waterproof but it kept me dry in rain for a few hrs. Anything past 8hrs gets wet I find. But waterproof for jacket water resistant for the pants. Both windproof both warm. Lots of pockets and I've been complimented on the outfit already.. very happy with purchases for winter is coming..
