2% or less refers to amount of fruit pectiin and citric acid. Strawberries are listed first.

I would love to be able to answer this question for you but…the jar I order was leaky and sticky so I requested a new one be sent and disposed of the first jar. The second jar’s delivery date kept on being pushed back numerous times until finally Amazon messaged me asking if I wanted to cancel my order or continue to wait. I opted to cancel my order and was never credited the cost of the jar of jelly I had originally ordered and paid for. I wouldn’t bother ordering this again.
