I’ve been taking these when first waking up in the morning. They give me a sense of alertness and I feel awake shortly after having them. I’ve tried many supplements over the years and never quite sure whether they actually work. I train Jiu Jitsu and anytime I’ve taken a couple of these an hour or so before class, I always perform at my best. Considerable difference in my cardio to the point I sometimes feel like the whole class was a warm up as opposed to a high intensity workout. Could be placebo but either way, these seem to be the best and most effective supplements I’ve ever had. I only take them on days that I’m training.

When I take these prior to hiking up hills I'm able to breathe much easier than before, can't comment on other supposed benefits but, it's great for what I need. I've tried other brands some of which do the same but, these are the best value for content I have found so far.
