How long does the light stay on for? Will it be on whenever it gets dark?

Yes they will turn on soon after sunset and last pretty much till the morning 6ish. Very good lights. I have them on the second setting so they last long. Where as the brightest settling will use more power and will last till after 4am. Just my preference as i don't want to much attention on my house with bright lights. Hope this helps.

Worked well for first three weeks but now not working, except when I long press it temporarily lights up? Help?

I suspect it was fully charged when you bought it, worst time of year for solar lights. You may have more luck in the summer. Also needs full sun on the solar panel to charge it all day. You could try turn it off for a week and see if that helps. Good luck!

What are they lumens per light?

That should be in the specification.

Can the battery be replaced?

I'm not sure as I took the lights down after a week. They were not fit for purpose.
