Not Compatible with Kindle for my Android Phone?

After purchasing I found in the fine print that this book is "not compatible" with the Kindle app on my Android phone. Absolutely ridiculous. My phone is brand new with a fast processor and a large screen - I have no trouble opening large documents or even gaming on it. This is extremely disappointing, especially since I only found out just prior to an exam for which I planned to do a lot of reading and reviewing. It's much to late to get a hard copy so it looks like I'll be trying to read on my PC in the subway and in long car trips.It should be higher on the page that this is not compatible with Kindle for Android Phone, or better yet, just make it compatible. How hard is it, really?
