I was going to run shielded cable until I found this device. I ran cat 6 100 foot from line out of one amplifier to line in to another. No ground loop hum. Very impressed.

There are a number of unrelated items in this listing they're getting reviewed. But this five star rating absolutely cannot apply to the HD-Link HL25 by Sewell Wireless HDMI. This device is useless. I have only 50 feet between the transmitter and receiver, and the thing buffers almost constantly. The video and the sound are not in sync. The signal will often drop completely and disconnect for two or three minutes. When it finally reconnects, you've missed two or three minutes of content. I'm extremely dissatisfied but will continue to try and make something of it for the next three weeks or so. But if I don't get some major improvement I'm returning this. It is not cheap I expected something better.

Device works really well thus far. The latency is not noticeable with a regular mouse, keyboard, USB wired headphones. Would like to know what the latency numbers are. Will be trying it with a racing wheel and pedals soon in an interactive racing game to make sure latency/jitter is not an issue. Nice aluminum case and lightweight. There is a grounding location on the box. I would suggest exposing more of the metal before adding a grounding wire.
