need help with setting the filter life i purcashed this machine a year ago still not familar with how it works

Faulty product
Don't really make it a habit of complaining about products, but aside from the ionizer not working. Now I have to drive 30 miles out of the way to the nearest shipping warehouse to return it because there's no pickup or exchange options from the seller.

Don’t waste your time - it doesn’t change the Ph
Tested the water Ph using hydrion litmus paper and saw absolutely zero change in water Ph so I packaged it back up and returned it.

Doesn't work. Tested water --to be 9.2, but in testing it was 7.
Don't buy this product doesn't work. It says the water coming out is 9.2 but when you take it to a lab to have it tested it's only seven. Which is approximately the same as tap water
