Long one. Realy good comes with a knoted pouch as well so easy to carry and good quality hand wrap. And as it is long you it povides good prot. I prefer only wrapping 2-3 finger but u can wrap all your fingers aswell. W product

I ordered this product and the first time it arrived, it was not fitting well , which was very disappointing. The refund process also took quite a long time, so the experience was frustrating. However, I ordered it again, and the second time the product arrived in good condition and matched the description but a little bit dirty. Overall, the product itself is good but took a long time,and the delivery experience couldn't be better. Next time I will directly buy it from it's website ,amazon is the worst app. It is value for money best for beginners and good protection and it very light.
