Got these to replace the original strings on a bass I purchased here on Amazon. The seemed to be a nice improvement both in sound and performance over the original strings. Time will tell how long they last.

These strings sound awesome and require very little tension to reach tune (really important on an Acoustic Bass). I just ordered another set to try on my fretless electric they play so good. Nice and bright tones without being "tinny" sounding. The price is really good from this seller as well.

Very nice set for the price. In fact these are considered the standard default set for acoustic bass. Feel nice on the fingers and unlike a lot of demo videos they aren’t very noisy when changing hand position. Technique matters. Average projection acoustically but plugged in the El Capitan bass sounds amazing with this set.

I needed to replace the stock strings on my acoustic bass. I've used D'addario strings on my electric bass and loved them. Their acoustic strings are excellent, durable, and I like the tone.
