These smell like green tea candy, if you're into that it's a nice smell. I found them to be very useful, especially if you follow the directions and fold the sheet in-half before you use it. I take an afternoon walk during lunch time and I tend to get pretty warm after. These help me keep the oil that comes from that in check. The only thing I would say they should change about this product would be to add a tiny bit of sticky adhesive over the strips. As it you need to pull the strips out with your finger tips and it tends to be hard to get just one. But, there there was a little piece of adhesive over the strips you could use that to pull out a strip.
