Great all purpose Kitchen Knife

Bought one of these knives several years ago. After I got it... I wished I had bought more. Been a while looking for this knife. Stays sharp for a long time. One piece of metal. Fits my big hands real nice. Excellent Quality.

Achtung, die Klinge sieht unter der Lupe aus wie eine Heckenschere, selbst durch Nachschliff mit Japan- Schleifsteinen ist das Ergebnis unzureichend. Jedes Discounter- Messer ist diesbezüglich besser! Der Griff ist übrigens hohl, also Balance und Haptik ist ebenfalls MINDERWERTIG! Auf Grund der Rücksendekosten schneide ich jetzt das Barf- Fleisch für unsern Hund damit.....
