I’ve been taking these for about a month now and have zero issues. No bad cramping just natural going. I will continue to buy these.

Great product . I can tell a difference with using this for a few weeks . It’s a probiotic and cranberry in one that’s amazing ! I use it for vaginal health reasons . I can tell a big difference. Take it consistently every night and drink plenty of water during the day.Pray this helps 🥰🥰🥰
