My functional medicine Dr. recommended this product to me a few years ago and I have been taking it ever since to help keep my digestive tract clear from toxins and to keep the good bacteria multiplying as it should. I feel that it is doing it's job.

Based on a recommendation from my naturopathic doctor, I've been taking this supplement every morning for the last 5 years. When combined with Benefiber, my digestive system is very healthy.

I took this twice a day for 2 months at the direction of a epigenetics practitioner. I started having eye pain and guy pain after a month and a half. I read that this type of prebiotic can cause auto-immune conditions to flare. I don't know if that's what happened but the eye pain stopped when I stopped taking this. My guts were really all over the place for a few days after I stopped taking this. I also had 2 days of severe migraines the two days after I stopped taking this. I hadn't had a bad migraine in 15 years. So I don't know what this did, but it certainly did some things to me. Unfortunately they weren't what I was looking for.

Very good probiotic highly recommend for those of us with FUT2 gene snp's that have a hard time getting probiotics to flourish without enough prebiotics. Without this the expendive probiotics don't stay in our bodies more than a day. Recommended by a biochemist with extensive genetic experience and publications in the epigenetics field.

This prebiotic, in conjunction with a time release probiotic - Vitamin Bounty's Pro-50, has almost completely finished off my 30+ years of persistent gastro discomfort and constipation! Probiotics never previously helped and I'd given up trying them, so I'm unsure if it's the combination of pre- and pro- or the time release that is making a difference but I don't care...NO MORE LAXATIVES (and being doubled over in pain from my guts trying to work)!!! TBH surgery to remove my ovaries due to benign cysts 5 years ago had already reduced my gastro sx by about 50% (which, btw, flummoxed my dr.s). Now my intestines are functioning near normally when I take this combo daily. I slacked off for a few days and sx started to rise again, I went back on this regimine and everything started working again. Highly recommend giving this a trial if you have similar problems.

Took this for 30 days. Tested my stool before and after. I had no improvement in Bifido strains at all. Matter of fact, they actually went down a couple of points.
