Q: Is there a one year or 2 year warranty included? I bought one in January from another company and it has completely dies. They are offering no supporo

Hello With the waterproof ipods I have bought in the past, they have come from Waterfi and they have lasted about 2 to 3 years. The one I have recently bought was a reconditioned one for less money, so I hope it lasts as long. Being a reconditioned one, it may not. Waterfi offer backup service if anything goes wrong. I don't know that you get the same support on Amazon or eBay. Good luck getting some recourse back if it has died that early. That is not good. They are expensive whether you buy new or reconditioned, so you should get more time out of the product than than.
