How can i get a replacement cord /what protocol does the cord use (such as usb-c) ? my son pulled the clock off my sons dressers and broke the cord.

Did you get a replacement cord? We have the same problem, the cord doesn’t stay plugged in

How do I set it so the green light is on from 7:00am to 9:00pm and the red light is on from 9:01pm to 6:59am?

That’s a great question, I could never figure out how to use this thing so I returned it and got the one with the stoplight/car instead. Good luck.

Can you set the timer for the sound machine to come on with light?

Yes, that is the alarm function. You can set it for just light, just sound, or both. My son has been going to bed with a color and sound he chooses, and then it switches when the alarm goes off to what I chose.
