How would these work with applying a toner?

Toner didn’t seem to be a problem, as it’s the color in facial, eye, and lip color that does the staining.

Can you put these in the dryer?

I wash mine in a larger mesh laundry bag (the ones you use to wash your bras). After washed on a heavy cycle, I pull out the bag and line dry them in the same mesh bag. It takes a good two days in the winter for them to dry inside. The edges do curl over time, but not enough to be considered “ruined,” but just a sight change in shape.
