Hunter & Gather Nose to Tail is a product i have come to admire very much so.I personally feel a noticeable improvement in my energy levels after supplementing with it.I would recommend to anyone as long as they are not a vegan.

Ultimately this is just another supplement, regardless of where the raw materials come from. It contains lots of iron and a few of the B vitamins but these are easily available through lots of other sources and at a fraction of the £30 price tag found here.

One of my favourite companies on amazon - I eat their mayo by the bucketful! I usually have some sort of freeze dried supplement, usually beef liver, as a little boost to my diet, so really rate these Heart capsules as part of that. I would never be able to bring myself to eat organ meat, especially heart, so having this freeze dried capsule is a great way to reap the benefits without actually eating it. Not sure how it compares to eating lamb heart itself, but I imagine no one is eating lamb heart daily, like you can with these supplements, so possibly a better, more consistent way of getting organ meat in your diet. There's 90 capsules and at 2 a day, these will last you 45 days. The price is currently £25 with an option to get a discount on subscribe and save with amazon (which I plan on doing after). They're pricey for a supplement, but not compared to other organ products and certainly good value for the quality.

I've been taking these Hunter & Gather Nose to Tail - Heart Capsules for three weeks now. Best I can say is that they haven't done me any harm. They are easy to swallow and don't give any unwanted side effects. They contain lots of B12 so They must be doing me some goo....subtle though that may be. I doubt I will buy them again just because of the price. Currently that's £27 for a 90 tablets. With a recommended daily dose of 2 to 6 capsules thats going to typically work out at around £30 per month or more.
