Does what it should
Nice, fits my foot, very soft and does not rub between toes which was my main concern because of very sensitive skin.

Not impressed
I have a Morton's Neuroma, and so far nothing has worked except the felted wool pads which have to be put in every shoe. I was hoping this would be an alternative, and be able to move from shoe to shoe.So far, no good. I live in a cold climate--I couldn't get a sock over this without the pad bunching up and making even more lumps. I'll try a few more times, but I'm thinking it's a waste of money unless you can wear them without any hosiery.

These do work well. I have worn them both to work & for casual.
I work 10-12 hour hour days in a warehouse. I found that for the first part of the day they were great, but then they made my feet sweat alot that when they started to roll up. But if I wear them when I go out they are great . Also with my tighter fitting shoes & boots

Less Pain but Difficult to Use with Socks
I wanted to give these cushions a good amount of time before I reviewed them so I have used them for three weeks. I am using them for callouses on the ball of my foot causing pain. Yes, they do work, although I have had a couple instances of pain while using them. I walk a lot on my 15 minute breaks and when I wear flat sandals, with the straps that go over the foot (not between the toes), the gel cushion slips and doesn't stay in place. But the bigger issue I have is trying to put on socks over the cushion. I wear tennis shoes a lot and it takes me forever to put on socks over these cushions because they want to fold over, roll, or not stay in the position they need to be in. For that reason, I would not buy them again, even though they have helped ease the pain. I do like that two pairs came in the package. That way I can wash one pair while wearing the other.

Comfortable, but...
Foot cushions were comfortable but moved too much inside shoe. Made my foot slippery in my heels.

Swing Dancer Approved
I wish I had known about these years ago. Dancing on hard unforgiving floors at dancing workshops for 2-3 days often leaves my feet quiet sore. These foot pads help prevent that and allow me to dance longer. The best part for me is that since they are attached to my feet, and not the shoes, I can easily change between several pair of shoes as I need or want throughout the day. I did use some thin no- see type socks while wearing them, so I can't say if they would work as well without socks, but my feet are really tiny (women's US size 5.5) and these stayed on perfectly.

Don't waste your money
These are very flimsy and don't support the ball of foot well at all. I purchased them because of the reviews that were all pretty good. BUT, trying to get them to stay in place while putting socks on, is almost impossible. They constantly roll up into the sock. They might be okay if you are wearing slip-ons, but definitely not for tennis shoes and socks.

Pads do what they are designed to do
Metatarsal pads are comfortable, a little fiddly to put on. Good idea to use lotion on feet first, pads stay in place. Easy to rinse out & hang to dry, don’t change size. Help to wear indoors when just wearing socks.
