Hi, you can increase the height by 353mm, you will need to purchase an additional middle bar (1736.732) and the shorter lower bar (4.1900.074) to achieve this.

Q: What is the difference between a exposed rigid with diverter (erd) mixer shower and erd dual outlet mixer shower

they have different style showerheads, clamp bracket and control knobs, but in essence are the same, just different terminology

Q: Delivered with straight connectors for 150mm centres, can I get offset connectors for 170mm centres?

Hello. We have offset Z connectors (1836.180) available for EV valves which will provide +/- 24mm of additional length. Mira Relate shower is designed to fit 150mm pipe centres though. Thanks.

Q: I have just installed this valve and noticed on occasion the temperature wanders going cold before, is this to be expected or could there be a fault?

Hi, We would recommend that you check the head and the hose for any blockages or kinks and also check that the temperature of the boiler/cylinder is set between 55-65 degrees and that the temperature of your boiler is staying constant.
