Great value, working perfect on 2x M1015
This cables are working without any issues on two IBM 1015 flashed to 9211-8i IT firmware. No issues to report, the sleeveing is pretty good, much easier to handle than my 3ware, all SAS and Sata ports have security latches not present in a lot of cables. Much easier to route a bigger sleeved cable than 4 seprated cables.... now multiply this by 16 when you have two cards in, its a mess to try to route on a case, you have to zip tie to make them as block, but with the included sleeving its pretty easy to handle no need to zip tie the cables. After the sleeving ends, a little before the sata termination, the cables feel fragile, but im taking a point as they are performing great, but this is just to warn people into handling with some care.

great fan out cable! you may need to pull back sleeving if using on SM 24bay backplane though!
the black sleeving goes a bit too far when using this wire with a supermicro 24 bay backplane (im assuming the same will be true when using a norco or other manufacture 24 bay backplane as well). however that is a simple fix by using a razor blade to cut away some of the black sleeving and then either using heat-shrink tubing or electrical tape to hold/seal the sleeving to the sata wires. Other than that small issue the fanout cable works great and makes very solid connections on both the sata and sff-8087 sides!

It works with Dell PERC H310
I bought it for the Dell PERC H310 RAID controller to use it with HP Microserver N54L. The cable is way too long for this server. But it might be useful when I switch to a different server. Both ends have clips to lock - the bad thing is that if you're not using all the SATA connections, you'll have the metal clip exposed and dangling in the chassis. This could short out our system if it is not managed properly. Other than that, it's a great product - thin and light - cable is protected with a mesh covering for sharp objects in the chassis. It is not stiff and easily manageable.

Works with Supermicro AOC-SAS2LP-MV8 Sata extension card
Bought together with the Supermicro AOC-SAS2LP-MV8 Add-on Card, works perfect, check the cable length you really need. I chose 0.75m for my Cooler Master: N300 Case which has no adequate cable management. So I have more freedom to play with cables inside the case.Used it with Win 10 and a couple WD Red 3, 4TB & 6TB NAS Hard Disk Drives. To prevent issues.connect your windows boot drive to your Motherboard and not to the card.Use the card only for storage drives.

Seems a Fine Product at a Good Price
I installed this cable and it worked as is it should, and the build quality is appears solid. Price was attractive, as well. However, I've opted to configure my server differently, and will not be using the cable long enough assess it in a 24/7 service setting. Hence, the only reason I must give it 4, instead of 5 stars.

For the price, it is a nice cable.
For the price, it is a nice cable. Yes, it is flimsy, but if you need to set it up one time only and do not touch after that - it is good enough. Not for production, but good enough for SOHO.

Good quality (not going into detail
Works, Flexible, Good quality (not going into detail, but I do care about quality when it comes to cables), and snap in connectors. Most cables from Monoprice seem pretty good quality and are cheaper than other brands. If you are ordering a lot of cables than ordering directly from there website is probably cheaper. I usually get my HDMI and Ethernet cables from them.

Perfect for what I needed
Perfect for what I needed. Latches great directly onto hard drives, but enclosures do not have locking points, but they stay on OK. Purchased more from MDirect and saved $
