Q: How do you release clips on dockers suspenders

It is very difficult. Either use your fingernail or a small screwdriver to get under the rounded clip on the outside of the suspenders and pull/pry up. Good luck!!

Q: How many inches long are the suspenders? Unsure what "One size fits up to 43" means. I'm 6'4" and want to know if these will fit.

I would guess yes. My 6 ft. son wore them and had may be 6 or 7 inches folded back up to the clip.
