These have helped dramatically reduce the most serious nose bridge redness and blisters and pain when used with a Resmed F20 PAP full-face mask. But you do have to follow the instructions: clean and let dry both the gel pad and your face before application, and apply the gel pad when you're lying down. The gel pad does not have adhesive and its stickiness requires getting rid of enough skin oils between the pad and the skin. A greasy moisturizer might also be a problem, so either don't apply it on the relevant area or apply just a little and make sure it has time to be absorbed into the skin before bed. One great thing about these gel pads (and probably others) is that they improve the seal of the mask (at least on my face) allowing me to loosen the mask more, reducing pressure on my nose bridge even more. I think many PAP users are overtightening their masks and that's causing these red mark issues. If loosening the mask and using these gel pads isn't working, you may want to talk to your provider about trying another kind of mask altogether.

Waste of money. Doesn't seal the airway on your mask. Doesn't stick to your face just there and you move your mask a little bit it moves out of place. I've been and using CPAP machine for 15 years worst product ever seen.

Not really impressed with these - I'm sure they work for some people, but not for me. The gel pad kept slipping (it says to wash your face first which is great, but when you have humidified air running on your face all night, there's condensation), and the material was too thick to keep a solid seal.

So it did help me with the red spot from the Cpap on the top of my nose so that is why I gave them 4 stars. But to be honest it is a little difficult getting them on but once they are they aren’t uncomfortable and felt great. There are 2 things I’m not happy with is 1. You don’t get very many of them and can only wear them a couple of time and then you need to replace them and 2 you have to use their cleaner. If you see this review buy the cleaner at the same time to extend your usage of this product.

I've tried every gel pad out there and these are by far the best! They stay, they aren't uncomfortable and they last a long time. Definitely worth it!

Tried these last night and I struggled to get it in place so I could put c pap cup over my nose. It seemed to be sticky on both side and it felt like it was obstruct breathing. I has a little problem pullout off the sheet. I was not really pleased with the application process. I may try to cut it smaller and see how it works.

Just got these, and the first night of using went really good. Woke up for once with no soars on the bridge of my nose. But definitely fallow the directions. When putting on make sure your laying down, or at least have your head tilted back some.

These did not work for me at all. I did not realize I had to purchase a CPAP prewash to keep it sticky. It did not stay in place.
