My 10 year old enjoys using it as her devotional book. I also used it for 3-5th grade girls running club since it has great devotionals on setting goals, motivation and perseverance.

A vary encouraging and motivational devotional to read with my pre-teen, she enjoys it as much as I do!

I love Kristi Holl's books. This is no exception. Great book for young girls to spend with their parent. Definitely a must in your young ladies library.
