Does this work on Surface Book 3?

New devices with higher power can theoretically support it, You could check the support specifications on Microsoft's website, the recommended charger for the surface book 3 is 15 volts @ 8 amps = 120 watts; our cable has a power of 15 volts and 3 amps, so, in theory, it is supported.. Only the charging speed will be a little slower. Please check your current charger to ensure 15V is list.

If i used this adaptor with a docking station that connects to usb-c, would it pass on the video and internet? i have dell wd19 docks in hotel cubes.

I believe the listing states that it will only pass on charging and no other peripherals….
