Struggled to find a phone holder for the little circular vents of my Audi A1 - this one was super easy to assemble, and even driving over bump cobblestone roads, the holder was very sturdy. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a bulky Spigen case on it, and it holds it well. My only suggestion for future models would perhaps be for the little fold out feet on the bottom to be a bit longer, as with my case on, my phone just reaches the limit of the length of the feet. If my phone was any thicker, the fold-out feet would not support all of it. Keep in mind also that if your phone is big like mine, chances are the vent will tilt down from the weight of the phone, but this could possibly be easily fixed maybe by wedging some tissue in the vent to keep it from dropping down. Regardless, it's not really an issue for use of the phone holder as you can adjust the angle of it easily, but might be an annoyance if you also want to point the vent in a certain direction. All-in-all, this phone holder is a great buy - safe, sturdy, and does the job well.

Fits well in my mini one, circular vents. Couldn’t use it on the left hand side one though as the lever was in the way and wouldn’t fit both. Weighs the vent down so it doesn’t stay up but you can easily adjust the phone holder to tilt up. Holds my phone great and the side suction bits are very easy to use with a button on the back that releases them smoothly each time you want to take your phone out.

It fits the circular vent for my Audi TT 2011 vent but the phone holder is very poor quality! I also happen to have a Blukar phone holder (click and release) so I screwed that into this instead to create the perfect phone holder!

This is a simple to fit, robust, practical and very reasonably priced round vent car phone holder. I researched holders suitable for the round vents on my Dacia ( basically a Renault) and the majority were long-armed variants of dashboard suction cup mounted devices, cumbersome, not particularly aesthetic. This, on the other hand, is much less obtrusive. Like any vent fitting mount, you need to be aware of the strength ( fragility) of the plastic car vents themselves so I found, and would suggest, fitting it to the vent you move least, for my car that was the the central dashboard vent. For me, this car phone holder has been ideal- it doesn’t come with fitting instructions but frankly, it doesn’t need them, it’s simple and obvious how to attach it- it was the least expensive mount suitable for (my) round vents on my car, is of itself suitably sturdy, fulfills its function and was very good value for money. If you’re unsure about its compatibility for your car, look at the product’s compatibility list AND do an ‘ Ask Rufus’ “ will this fit a xxx “ query. It worked for me!

Product arrived on time and at first seemed decent quality, however that didn`t last long. After only a few days of very light use the rubber gripping in the air vents is damaged and when the phone is attached the holder starts sliding out of the vent. Complete waste of money and will be going in the bin.

At last managed to find a mobile phone holder that fits our Smart ForFourband seems to hold the phone securely and not obstructing the view from the windscreen. Good spring clips fit into the round air vents and grip well so should work well.

I have an iphone 14 and this does not hold the weight of the phone. No matter which position I placed the holder the holder would always slowly get lower and lower and the phone would end up being face down so you can't see the screen. This is even on a smooth road not going over any bumps.
