A little different but that's my fault because I ordered it knowing it's not the perfect replacement.

The dull side is underneath and the shiny side is on the outside. Seems the made it backwards. Will work in a pinch but won’t order it again. Who would send out a shiny military olive drab green watch band when the band is made for an olive drag green watch.

I bought "gold" and "bright surface black". In the photo, gold looks rose gold, but it's a regular gold. My watch (pictured with band) is rose gold.Bright black is shiny wet black. Band loop is regular black. I am looking for regular black (not matte nor shiny). They don't make that. Other black is matte black.As for quality, they look ok. I don't know how durable they are (because I just bought them, and returned).

The side of the band that faces out is a shiny green while the inner side that is unseen is a matte green. I would have much preferred the matte side as I think most G-Shock owners would prefer that as well. Other than the disappointment with the appearance, the installation and quality seems good.

Looks and feels great. Although the kit includes extra watch strap pins the holes, did not match on the longer strap. It took me 45 minutes to put on the long strap. (the one without the buckle.) Holes dos not match up nicely. Comes with a tool to help. Could not get the long strap on till someone came home and helped hold the watch while I forced the pins in.Looks like an original Casio band.

Great fit and it came with the tools to change the band. The kit even has several thickness of pins to make the best fit.
