Weber® LED Grill ’N Go Light for Grill Handle

I bought this item for my husband. The magnet is super strong. It stayed on during a terrible rain storm and still worked perfectly!!!! We have had this item for about 6 months and still haven’t changed the battery. The size doesn’t interfere with grilling at all, it’s the perfect size. The light is bright enough to shine on our grill and provide light even on our small side table. I’m glad I bought this item.

The best light for a grill is a good headlamp but when i forget to grab mine this cast a perfect bright soft light. Also it fits my summit kamado, it ain’t perfect but it’s close enough!!! I would recommend getting some lithium batteries if you have seasons like I do (Chicago) and keep the grill outside and grill year round.

This thing is AWESOME! Probably amongst the best money I’ve spent at Amazon. My Weber grill is positioned in an enclosure midway between two exterior door lights so it doesn’t get any direct lighting. I picked this up as a curiosity and couldn’t be happier. Installation isn’t too bad just the pictures are a little hard to understand but once you are at the grill it makes sense and attached snugly to the grill lid/hood grab handle in your choice of locations - bonus it came with the needed AA batteries! Two unexpected but great features I want to call out: 1) the led light is a nice warm white (more like a 3000k color) which is perfect for seeing the color of the food you are grilling and reduces glare back. 2) fun function - it has a gyro or some sort of internal switch that turns the light on automatically as you raise the grill hood; and again turns the light off when closing the hood. That thrilled me vs. using the side switch multiple times in a grilling session. I have one for a 3 burner Genesis II - it’s plenty for that grill but any larger grill surface I’d look at having two installed. Highly recommend!

Purchased two of these lights because I wanted an extra bright view of the grill. They were easy to install, I put one on either side of the grill handle and the placement works fine. They are bright, so that is a plus. They look really good on the grill, also a plus. They have a feature where they are suppose to turn on when you open the grill lid and turn off when you close it. That is unreliable at best. Honestly that feature worked just a few times and initially I thought it would be perfect, but then I couldn't seem to get either of the lights to do the auto on/off thing. I just use the power button to turn them on and sometimes when the lid is closed they turn off automatically, sometimes. Overall the lights work, look good on the grill, give a really good amount of light (even using just one light is pretty bright), the batteries have lasted so far, but again I am having to turn the lights on and off instead of the auto on/off feature working all of the time but that isn't a big issue for me. Overall I give it about a 4 star only because of the auto feature not working properly. I would certainly buy them again.

I have a 4 burner Weber grill. Preciously had two of the older black colored lights also made by Weber. They had a spongy button on the ends and the rubber part tore a long time ago. They still worked but recently one died. I replaced it with this new silver version (which I think is also improved) as I took the working old one off and the grill handle and installed just this new one. It was just as bright with this single light as my two old ones. I would recommend buying this. It works just like the old one in that it turns on when you lift up the grill cover and off when it's closed (motion sensor built into it). There is a button to turn the power on before you lift it up initially each time you are using the grill but it will auto turn off after you are done cooking to save battery life. And, this one comes with the batteries (I can't remember but think they are AAA size) just like the old lights did too. Amazon has a good price on them as from Weber direct they are more expensive.

The Weberman strikes again! Yep, another winner in the long line of Weber products. This light is durable, easy to install and covers the entire grilling surface. It stays put on the handle and the motion sensor is a fantastic option. Mine sits out year round, under my Weber cover of course, and has never missed a beat.

Mi trovo molto bene. Stupendo il sensore movimento che accende la luce alzando il coperchio del bbq, e spegne la luce ribassando il coperchio. L’ho applicato sulla maniglia di un marchio diverso da Weber senza problemi. Consiglio questo accessorio a tutti appassionati del bbq. Non può mancare!

Ich habe mir das Weber Grill ’N Go Light für meinen Spirit geholt und bin begeistert. Sobald ich den Deckel hochklappe, geht das Licht automatisch an und die gesamte Grillfläche ist gleichmäßig ausgeleuchtet . Super praktisch, wenn es abends dunkel wird. Besonders gefällt mir, dass man die Lampe auch einfach vom Griff abziehen und wie eine kleine Taschenlampe nutzen kann. Die Montage war kinderleicht und das Licht ist angenehm hell, ohne zu blenden. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Bei starkem Regen nehme ich sie lieber ab, damit sie länger hält. Fazit: Für mich ein richtig nützliches Zubehör, das das Grillen am Abend deutlich entspannter macht ,würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.

Fits perfectly on to Weber Genesis handle. Light turn on/off as barbecue lid is opened/closed. Produces enough light to see all the cooking surface.
