So, I've been using this for the past two weeks.Pros: * I don't snore * I don't wake up with a headache on the weekends * My mouth is less dry when I wake upCons: * The sensation of the thing on my tongue caused me to salivate more, and made it hard to sleep at first. * The frenulum of my tongue gets irritated a little from rubbing on the sleeve. * If I wear it too tight, it pushes against my teeth, and I wake up with sore teeth in the morning. This goes away after a little bit. * The bite of my teeth is different when I wake up. It returns to normal after not very long.Pros outweigh the cons for me.Side note, some of the images for this thing say you should boil it in water first, and others don't. Just to clear up any confusion, you don't need to boil this first. I didn't, and it's as comfortable as I could reasonably expect.

My and my husbands sleep quality has improved since I'm using it. The comfort of wearing it is not the best but after a few nights (it took me maybe a week) you get used to it. I reckon the thickness of this product is as thin as it could be, however, it is still quite thick for me. I'm not bothered about that though, as it does the job well and I'm over the moon with tge fact that my snoring has been significantly reduced and quality of my sleep improved.

I had used a C-PAP on and off for years. My most recent sleep doctor told me about a dentist who would make a mouthpiece to use in place of it for $300 - but it was the old fashioned kind with rubber bands. And I really didn't feel like just pulling my jaw forward would be enough. I kept thinking if I could pull my tongue forward... Then I ran into these things. Well, not this one in particular, the first ones I bumped into in an ad on social media and they were $59! I started looking around and finally found one for $15 so I bought it and it worked, at least it seemed to me. I showed my sleep doctor and he's was intrigued, so her had me do an actual sleep study using it. The study showed it worked well! Needless to say, I no longer see a sleep doctor or use a C-PAP. These babies have changed my life. This particular style it's the best, it fits well and is very comfortable. The price usd very good for two, and they come with a nice travel case.

I bought these for my partner who snore so bad I have to leave the bedroom and sleep on the coach, now he just make normal sleeping noise and we both sleep through the night. He did have to get use to it and his tongue hurt the in the beginning but all is great now!

I absolutely love this product. Works as advertised and my family loves that I no longer snore!!

This was one of those "I'm going to try this since I'm trying everything" and I'm glad I did just for the laugh! I definitely get the concept of it, but I spit it out rather quickly in my sleep and uhh, it is just not the most comfortable thing but I can see how it would work for other. My lips may be too big for them, actually. I think if you have smaller lips, this could work out well.

I had high hopes for this product because there doesnt appear to be anything else like it on the market. But it didnt fit..my tongue wouldnt stay in place. I ended up biting on it to keep it in place and it quickly tore apart.
