Received not broken!
Whenever I ordered mosquito coils online, I always receive them broken. This time I ordered 8 packets and they all arrived unbroken.My mom is 90, so i light this in her room before we sleep. Younger people can wake up and light another one if mosquitoes bother them, but my mom does not wake up even if mosquitoes bite her. So I use this 12 hour coils for her to have a burning coil all throughout the night (I also light a Good Knight liquid). Of course it does not burn 12 hours, more like 8 to 9 hours, but it is enough.

The product is good and serve the whole night with beautiful smell but depends on the supplier the packing was came opened and some coil were damaged also.
