Q: I have huge thighs, how do these fit there? even my leggings are tightest at the thigh when they are loose at the waist.

I have thick thighs also. I’m 5”1 and weigh around 165 and bought a Medium and they fit great

Q: i am 4'11 and weight 191 what size would be best for me

I am 4' 8" and around 140. I'd say I carry my "excess" weight in my chest and lower torso (hips, butt, tummy... ) region. I ordered a petite large in the pants. The length was too long, but the rest of the fit was fine. These scrubs have a little "give"/stretch, along with a true draw string and elastic waist. So my advice to you, is order an xxl or 2x depending on sizing. Or another size up in addition if u tend carry most of your weight around your middle/lower torso. I hope this helps. Good luck.

These pants are ridiculously wide at the bottom on me. I either need to alter or return.

Q: will a 6" cell phone fit in the leg pocket?

Yes it will, my phone is over 6 inches and fits perfectly fine.
