Good product and at a good price

These tablets can be taken by mouth or dissolved in water. If taken by mouth, they are very salty (literally a tablet of pure salt). However, if you need the sodium, they are the perfect solution. Trust me, if you take them for a week, you’ll get used to the taste.

These are a game changer. I’ve had pots since 2014, and have spent endless amounts of money for sodium filled drinks like LMNT. As others have stated, these don’t dissolve in water AT ALL. I take one, and let it dissolve some in my mouth, then swallow. I’ve tried others, and they have bothered my stomach. This brand does NOT(and I’m very sensitive) I started at 1 a day as a tester, then moved to 2-3 a day. I can now use cheaper powder electrolyte drinks, and get the sodium I need without spending 47 dollars a box for LMNT. I have felt better since taking these for about 2 weeks now. My body seems to need around 3000mlg of sodium a day. This helps by making sodium consumption faster, and easier. This is way better than using packs of salt under my tongue. I also like that these are easier to take in public versus carrying around packets of LMNT. I DO take them after some food, and not an empty stomach just in case

My husband had a stroke and doesn’t ever seem to be satisfied of his thirst. This had helped him become hydrated in a much more bigger picture than drinking a bunch of waters, sports drinks and life waters. I would definitely consult with your doctor first if your in heart failure but it’s working well for him.

It works

This is a good product. However, the cap was completely broken which will not be able to keep the product fresh once the seal has been removed. Unfortunately this is a product that cannot be returned, however, going through Amazon they were able to credit the money back to my credit card and I will just have to re-purchase the Sodium Chloride Tablets again and hopefully the cap will arrive in one piece.
