I bought both the Night Time and the Middle of the Night formulas, as it's been hard to shut my brain off at night (rough week at work). I don't like sleeping pills, and chose this because it's all natural.The Night Time formula worked well to put me to sleep, and when one of our dogs woke me a few hours later, I only needed to use one spray of the Middle of the Night formula and went right back to sleep. I think it tastes better than the Night Time formula; it's sweet with no bitter aftertaste.I woke this morning feeling really refreshed, without the sleep hangover that straight melatonin always gives me. It doesn't feel like this stayed in my system, and I'm really alert now.The price is a little higher than I'd like. I'll try to make this last as long as possible before I need to buy more.

I was so eager to try this because I fall asleep easily but wake up "In the Middle of the Night" and I was hoping this might help. However the first bottle I ordered didn't spray. At all. Not even for one pump. So I got a refund (fortunately, because it's not returnable) and ordered another bottle. It arrived and the same thing happened! Fortunately getting yet another refund was easy and seamless (amazon great customer service? probably). But I'm giving up, now, defeated and disappointed.Maybe the maker could try selling it in a eye-dropper bottle and specify how many drops per dose? Then I might try again.

Your product heading says, "Improved Spray Pump." At 2:00 am I reached for my new bottle of spray, and it would not spray which was so aggravating! This has happened to me before as well!This is the 10th bottle I've purchased and 8 out of 10 of the spray pumps either didn't work from the start or clogged after a few uses. I pour the liquid into a small travel sprayer as pictured and it works perfectly until the end. I thoroughly clean it after each refill which is a pain. I also like that my bottle doesn't fall over on my nightstand because it has a slightly wider base. Can you please find a sprayer similar that works and test it repeatedly. Possibly a one drop squeeze bottle would be a better option.

I have ordered this item 16 times on Amazon and also a few times on their website. I love this formula. It works so well for me. The problem in the dispenser which they changed a couple of years ago. The old dispenser worked perfectly. The current dispenser works for a short time, then stops completely. I have only used 1/4 to 1/3 of the formula in my current bottle. Now nothing will spray out.I would be a consisten loyal customer if the dispenser actually worked more than a few times. So very frustrating!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with this spray! I have been having trouble falling asleep at night and also waking up in the middle of the night. I use 3-4 sprays at night and fall asleep pretty quickly now. I also have been staying asleep and not waking up. One of the best things is that I find myself waking up more refreshed in the morning. The taste actually isn’t bad, tastes like fresh breath spray.

This product and its companion totally work. I was on benzodiazepines for over 10 years. They stopped working and my Dr. weaned me off them . Then my inability to get restorative sleep began again. For months I was sick and tired due to no Rem sleep. Saw these products, did the background research and decided for the low cost I would try. I was amazed at the good taste, the lack of next morning hangover and most important I began to have REM sleep. Been using for about 6 months. My Dr. approved I’d me using this too. Highly recommend. If I just use the middle of the night formula I have bizarre dreams. So I now use the nighttime formula. 3-4 squirts under my tongue about 9:30 pm and I go off to bed about midnight till 7:30 am. I am retired and 68 years old, with sleep issues most of my life. Highly recommend!

I like the product except the spray bottle. I ordered the first one and after 5 sprays, it stopped working. I ordered another the same thing happened. It’s a shame, I really like the product because it does help me sleep; I won’t buy another bottle again. They should refund me because now I have. 2 bottles with the good stuff in them that I can’t use. Total disappointment! Don’t buy this item. You will regret it. Waste of money

Good product. I’m surprised this didn’t get a higher rating! I wake up in the middle of the night often and have trouble going back to sleep. I’ve found that this does the trick. It’s a spray so it’s quick to use esp in the middle of the night and it’s also fast working. The only down side is the cost, I guess. But might be worth it. I got another product (cheaper) and it doesn’t produce the same results. Will probably need to purchase this one again
